Any gas powered vehicles left in the city after the war became useless when fuel reserves ran out. Therefore most cars were taken apart for scrap metal to make chariots and crossbows. The only cars that could still operate were electric vehicles, since Phanes Bay's ability to generate electricity was untouched by the war. Electric vehicles were rare in Green Bay before the war, so the government was able to seize them. These vehicles are used by the military to conduct raids on surrounding settlements. With these vehicles they are able to strike quickly. Since many of the roads are no longer maintained, they have been outfitted to handle rugged terrain. The vehicles are charged via solar power within the city when not in use. Some have been outfitted with solar panels on top so they can charge while in use.
